RSD (Reality Self Defense)
RSD is based on an Israeli army method of unarmed combat now gaining popularity all over the world. It is considered a "no-nonsense" method of self-defense for a variety of situations. Reality Self Defense is practical, instinctual, and easy to learn. It emphasizes simple techniques using real life scenarios. Similar systems are endorsed by military and law enforcement agencies all over the world. RSD has been effectively adapted for law enforcement and civilian use. It is the ideal self defense system for the street. No experience necessary.

Modern Day Training Methods
Reality Self Defense combines elements of Hapkido, Krav Maga, Boxing, Judo, and Jujitsu as well as the use of weapons such as knives and sticks. Weapon defenses are taught to deal with modern day street situations where guns and knives are often involved. There are no forms (kata) or other traditional martial arts training exercises or drills.

Free RSD Reality Based Self Defense Seminar
No Experience Necessary
In this FREE seminar you will be introduced to the principles and concepts of RSD; the techniques and decision making processes that make it such an effective and simple system to use. You will learn how to defend against some of the most common street attacks, knife attacks, knife threats, defense for baseball bats/sticks and much more.
This seminar is suitable for both men and women.

Equipment used will include rubber knives, wooden guns, plastic bats and sticks. Participants will receive scenario based training and will have the chance to put what they have learned to practice using a variety of simulation and training methods.
